The Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) invited Lake Buena Vista Resort to the August 2009 Trade Expo held in Orlando. Ofer Fridfertig with the Lake Buena Vista Resort, along with two other Regional Center representatives, participated in a panel discuss that highlighted the EB-5 program. Fridfertig was well received and Realtors seemed quite interested in how this program can benefit them. Besides the generous agent referral fee paid for an investor in the EB-5 project, Realtors could also sell them a permanent residence...yes, two deals for them! Since the Resort is already built and operating, rather than just a set of plans, Realtors were invited to visit the Resort located in Orlando.
