  September has been a busy month at the Lake Buena Vista Resort. We have had many international visitors come to tour the Resort.
Recently approved by the USCIS, Lake Buena Vista Regional Center has fulfilled its Job Requirement for Phase One. So, investors can now be assured that with their investment money and job preservation completed, successful approval for their Green Card is very favorable. Also, as mentioned in our August Newsletter, we have increased the number of units to be placed in the EB-5 limited liability company (LLC) to 105 fully furnished, two bedroom condo-hotel units. Since the Resort is only a mile from Walt Disney World, we were very excited to learn about Disney’s future plans for their largest expansion in its history. They will be updating and improving many of the Disney theme parks including Fantasyland and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Not to be out done, Universal Studios Orlando announced its new “Wizarding World of Harry Potter” to open in spring 2010. The chairman of Universal Parks said, “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will be unlike any other experience on earth, and we can’t wait to see the looks on our guests’ faces as they enter this rich environment.”

September 17, 2009 - Washington, DC - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director, Alejandro Mayorkas announced the recipients of the $1.2 million grants for federal funding to support citizenship preparation programs for legal permanent residents. This funding will also expand outreach on U.S. citizenship, rights and responsibilities, and available educational opportunities and resources.

September 17, 2009 - Washington, DC - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services celebrated Constitution Day and Citizenship Day at special naturalization ceremonies throughout the country. In all there was a total of 8,428 citizenship candidates naturalized in 74 locations throughout the United States.

 The Lake Buena Vista Resort Team is on the move again. We will be attending shows in several locations in the coming days and weeks.
Lake Buena Vista Resort’s Ofer Fridfertig will be at the China International Luxury Property Show being held in Shanghai, China on September 25th - 27th 2009 at the Shanghai International Convention Center. He will be joining representatives of the Shanghai Jinghong Exit-Entry Service Co., Ltd at booth number C08. Please stop by and meet him if you are in the area.
We will be represented at several shows in the United Kingdom in the very near future. The Emigrate Liverpool show is in Liverpool, England on September 26th & 27th 2009 at the Aintree Racecourse. Representative will be John Dimmock with Hadleigh International.
On October 3rd and 4th 2009, Ian Marshall with Hadleigh International will represent us at the Emigrate Coventry show in Coventry, England at Stoneleigh Park.
From October 2nd to 4th 2009, Lake Buena Vista Resort’s developer, Robert Sutton, will be attending The Emigration Show at A Place in the Sun Live located in Birmingham, at NEC in Birmingham. Robert will be joining John Dimmock with Hadleigh International at Booth EM19.
