The Lake Buena Vista Resort Team was very excited to learn that the EB-5 employment based immigration program had been extended until the end of October with very positive news of a three-year extension still being discussed in the Senate.

The little-known EB-5 program is an incredible opportunity for foreign nationals to quickly acquire Green Cards for themselves, their spouse, and all their unmarried children under the age of 21. Two key requirements of the program are to invest in a designated, approved regional center and create or preserve 10 jobs per investor. By investing in the Lake Buena Vista Regional Center you can be confident of application approval and obtaining Green Cards. Since the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has approved the Lake Buena Vista Regional Center‘s fulfillment of its Job Requirement by preserving jobs, these two key elements have been met - investment in an approved center and job preservation.

To further support investors, the Resort has reduced its Administrative and Legal fees to $30,000 USD. So, what are you waiting for? What a great opportunity to invest in an open and operating regional center, have immediate cash flow from rentals, and be confident of obtaining your Green Card in 6 to 8 months! Please visit our web site for further details, www.eb5greencardusa.com.

Located on the top floor of the Resort’s Reception Building, Reflections Spa-Salon is now offering their new, tropical-themed menu of services. Some new services include hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and eyelash tint. Relax and pamper yourself.

So you want to learn to dance? Latin dance classes are being offered in the hotel lobby every Wednesday from 6 PM to 7 PM for only $10. Come join in the fun.

The Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, located next door to the Resort, are getting ready for another fun-filled Halloween. Stores are open 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM and there will be FREE Trick or Treating from 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM. There will be chills, thrills and REAL DEALS as merchants hand out treats to the children and great savings for everyone. Children can wear their favorite costume as they go from shop to shop enjoying this fun, safe way of gathering treats.

September 30, 2009 - Washington DC - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is reminding the public that beginning Oct. 1, all citizenship applicants must take the new naturalization test, regardless of when they filed their Application for Naturalization (Form N-400).

“Becoming a United States citizen carries with it extraordinary rights and responsibilities,” said USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas. “Our new test captures the meaning of citizenship and is consistent with our values and history as a nation.”

The revised naturalization test will help strengthen integration efforts by emphasizing fundamental concepts of American democracy, basic U.S. history, and the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.
