Recently, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved the Lake Buena Vista Regional Center as being located in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA). Also, this TEA status has just been reconfirmed for the entire year of 2010. What great news for foreign investors interested in permanent U.S. residency and a Green Card.
Once again, the Lake Buena Vista Resort team has been hosting many international visitors at the Resort. People have come from countries such as China, Venezuela, Vietnam and Russia to tour our Regional Center and better understand the EB-5 visa immigration program. If you are a foreign national and interested in permanent U.S. residency, please visit our web site at www.eb5greencardusa.com for more information.
Here’s a comment from one of our recent guests from Albany, NY:
“The condo was perfect for our family. Previously we stayed on Disney property (beach club) for more money and less time and had no space. This condo was very close to Universal and Disney and shopping. The on site restaurant and store were very handy. We would go back again and would recommend the condo to others. We even got a call to check if we were satisfied. It was GREAT!!”
Of course, a visit to the Lake Buena Vista Resort’s Reflections Spa-Salon is always a wonderful treat. You will surely enjoy the ultimate beauty experience and pampering. Reflections is located on the top floor of the Reception Building at the Resort. Visit their web site for more information at www.reflectionsspaorlando.com.
The Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, located just next door to the Resort, will be holding an Easter Arts and Crafts Show and Carnival on April 3rd. If you are in the area, please stop by and enjoy the festivities and visit the outlet center stores where you will find great deals on name brand merchandise. The first ceremony was held yesterday at George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate & Gardens while the second was held today at the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.
"The citizenship we celebrate today is a gift to you from your parents," said USCIS Washington District Director Sarah Taylor. "So, please make sure and thank them for it.
