Canada’s Loss Is the U.S.’s Gain for Foreign National Investors

Thursday, July 15th, 2010

Canada’s Immigrant Investment Program (IIP) recently became even more difficult and discouraging for foreign investors with its increase in the required investment to CAD $800,000 placed in a five-year, zero interest loan to the Government of Canada. In addition, for the present time, no more Canadian applications will be processed.

Fortunately, there is a great U.S. alternative in Orlando, Florida! The Lake Buena Vista Resort Regional Center is a built and operating Regional Center that qualifies as a Target Employment Area (TEA), requiring only a $500,000 USD investment.  For foreign national investors, this is a Fast Track to a USA Green Card to become lawful, permanent residents of the United States.  To learn more, visit www.eb5greencardusa.com.

Education and Green Card Motivate Chinese Interest In EB-5 Visa

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

The U.S. edition of China Daily reports that money is not the main attraction for Chinese citizens considering an EB-5 visa investment opportunity.  “Many of the Chinese investors who participate in the program are looking to provide a better life for their families and to give their children a good education in the United States,” according to the September 22 report that added, “Increased personal wealth is still relatively new to China, yet some Chinese investors don’t feel secure about the safety of their personal wealth.”

One Chinese immigrant who is taking advantage of the EB-5 visa program says making money is not why she’s doing it.  The woman has lived and studied in the U.S. for 13 years.  She learned about the program online, consulted with a lawyer and friend who had participated in the program, applied for and received her green card within a year. “I’m just doing this for the green card,” she said.

Friday, June 12th, 2009

We love reading what our guests have to say on Expedia.com! “The moment I arrived, I was already planning a return stay! We were on the 11th floor overlooking the pirate ship lagoon, beautiful at night when the lights come on. Fireworks visible from the room…the 2 bedroom villa was extremely clean, excellent layout, jetted tub in master, wonderful decor…great service all around from the moment I checked in … accessible within a short walk to premium outlet stores and eateries.”
